The Transformation & Automation Manager- Shared Services (TAM) is responsible for driving execution of the Shared Services transformation and automation initiatives. This role serves as the primary project manager for the Shared Services organization, ensuring strategic initiatives move from concept to delivery with speed, discipline, and measurable impact. This individual partners closely with leaders across the organization to deliver desired outcomes. The TAM provides day‑to-day leadership to a Shared Services Business Analyst who is responsible for the hands-on development and configuration of automation solutions. The Manager ensures work is properly prioritized, scoped, sequenced, and delivered while maintaining alignment to enterprise objectives and capacity constraints. This role is critical to scaling Shared Services, enabling absorption of volume growth, and delivering measurable productivity, cost savings, and service quality improvements through automation and process transformation
