About The Position

The Transformation Advisor will serve as a trusted advisor to a federal client, providing expert guidance on a worldwide modernization effort. This role will support the development of strategic roadmaps, implementation plans, and best practices for rolling out an Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS). Advise the client on IWMS capabilities, configuration options, and integration strategies to align with mission requirements. Support development of strategic roadmaps for phased implementation of IWMS modules. Provide recommendations for process improvements and system optimization. Lead or assist in the configuration of IWMS modules, ensuring compliance with federal standards and security requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional requirements and translate them to technical specifications. Oversee data migration, system testing, and validation activities. Provide ongoing support and mentoring to ensure successful adoption of IWMS functionalities. Facilitate demos and functional reviews with client leadership. Lead and support business development by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal development.

Requirements

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance
  • High School Diploma
  • FIFTEEN (15) years of consulting experience including TEN (10) years of experience implementing IWMS

  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Demonstrated experience engaging in strategic conversations with customers at senior leadership level
  • Experience working in a collaborative environment with a multi-disciplinary team to facilitate systems implementation
  • Background/experience in facilities management, real property, and/or asset management
  • Experience presenting communications, demos, and trainings related to IWMS functionality
