About The Position

Crowe is currently seeking a Senior Tax Manager to join our growing Transfer Pricing practice. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-impact client projects, mentor rising talent, and collaborate closely with Directors, Partners, and subject matter experts across our national and international tax teams. As a Senior Manager, you’ll lead client engagements, deliver technical guidance, and play an essential role in the growth and development of our transfer pricing practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing transfer pricing services to current and future Crowe clients.

Requirements

  • CPA or EA required
  • Bachelors degree in economics, finance, statistics, quantitative analysis, international business, or accounting required
  • Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in transfer pricing, with significant exposure to financial services clients
  • Strong technical knowledge of transfer pricing rules, value chain analyses, and financial modeling techniques
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills

Nice To Haves

  • A Master’s degree in economics, finance, statistics, quantitative analysis, international business, or accounting preferred
  • Prior experience in a Big 4, law firm, or boutique advisory setting is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex transfer pricing projects for financial services clients, including banking, asset management, insurance, and fintech sectors
  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships, identifying new opportunities and supporting practice development efforts
  • Guide and mentor junior team members; foster a collaborative, high-performance culture
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Insurance tax/international tax/financial services consulting) to deliver integrated solutions aligned with clients’ business strategies
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our practice’s growth strategy, including operational scaling, talent development, and market positioning
  • Contribute to thought leadership internally and externally through publishing and speaking activities
