About The Position

U-Haul Company is seeking a Transfer Driver to transport equipment to and from repair shops, ensuring high-quality care for customers. This role involves supporting the U-Haul community by maintaining the largest fleet of trucks and trailers in the industry. The company adds to its fleet annually, ensuring work on the latest equipment. Transfer Drivers will utilize U-Haul's proprietary technology for assessing and caring for field vehicles. Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Able to use mobile transfer programs
• D.O.T. certification if required—can be sponsored by U-Haul

Responsibilities

• Fill in receipt and intake paperwork electronically.
• Transport U-Haul equipment between U-Haul centers, dealerships and the repair shop.
• Perform visual inspections of equipment.
• Maintain a driver log.
• Willingly lend assistance in additional areas as necessary, following the directives and guidance of their supervisor.
