About The Position

As a Transcription Analyst at U.S. Legal Support, you will play a critical role in managing transcription assignments, ensuring timely delivery of transcripts, and maintaining high-quality standards in all documentation processes. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support clients with audio-related troubleshooting. Schedule: Monday - Friday 9AM - 6PM PST

High attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct errors.

Responsibilities

Assign transcription tasks to transcribers and oversee timely submission of completed transcripts.
Check in client audio files, troubleshoot upload issues, and facilitate the transfer of files to Box.
Process paperwork submitted by digital reporters and uphold quality control standards.
Manage a queue of time-sensitive tasks, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines.
Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Utilize platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Adobe and other proprietary software for collaboration and workflow management.
