About The Position
Bright Futures Psychiatry is expanding again and looking for passionate Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Technicians to join our team. We are a 100% PMHNP female owned practice, founded by an Air Force Veteran, and located in the beautiful Broadmoor area of Colorado Springs. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, formal TMS training or direct work experience preferred.
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
- Good judgment, detail-oriented, and highly organized with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times.
Nice To Haves
- Undergraduate in Psychology, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
- Basic Life Support (active AHA Provider Certification)
Responsibilities
- Providing educational consultations with prospective TMS patients
- Delivering daily TMS Therapy as indicated by medical providers
- Providing a safe and therapeutic environment for daily treatment sessions
- Administrative tasks as assigned (scheduling appointments, statistical reporting, data entry to EHR, collecting copays, attaining prior-auths, etc.)
- Inputting progress notes into client’s EHR
- Other Medical Assistant duties
- Supporting the Clinical Assistants during downtime
