About The Position
Discreet search for our AmLaw 100 client seeking a mid-level transactional tax associate who can run key tax pieces on corporate and finance deals, private equity and funds work. Role Summary • Support M&A, acquisitions, and divestitures on the tax side • Partnership and LLC structuring, joint ventures, and entity-level planning • Private equity and fund formation support, plus financing and capital markets tax issues • Real estate tax work, including fund formation and REIT-adjacent matters
Requirements
- JD 2022–2023 with 3–4 years of general transactional tax experience
- Able to manage substantial components of transactions with appropriate supervision
- Strong writing and clear, practical advice for deal teams
- Bar admission (or ability to obtain promptly) required
