About The Position

As a Transaction Processing Associate on the Claims Resolution Team , you'll be responsible for accurately entering and reviewing claim data to ensure integrity, compliance, and timely resolution. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of office, administrative, or data entry experience.
  • Ability to type at least 40 words per minute with high accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, grammar, and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and professionalism in both written and verbal interactions.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
  • Successful completion of pre-employment screening and drug testing required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with claims management systems or EHR platforms preferred.
  • Knowledge of healthcare or insurance terminology is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter claim data into claims processing systems.
  • Review documents for completeness and accuracy prior to submission.
  • Identify and flag incomplete or incorrect information for follow-up.
  • Maintain productivity while meeting established quality and accuracy standards.
  • Follow established procedures and guidelines for claim submissions.
  • Communicate with supervisors or team members regarding discrepancies or workflow issues.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Comply with all data integrity and security policies.
  • Perform additional administrative or clerical duties as needed.
