The Transaction Management Analyst - Correspondent Lending performs day-to-day, loan-level and commitment-level transactions, demonstrating knowledge of systems, process, departments, policies and procedures, to ensure commitments are settled accurately and timely with respect to all commitment parameters. As the Analyst, you will execute all best effort transactions (e.g. lock, extension, update, re-lock, renegotiation, cancellation, price inquiries, price updates, pre- and post-purchase price adjustments). The Transaction Management Analyst will: Execute all mandatory (bulk, flow, assignment of trade and direct trade) loan-level transactions (e.g. registration, allocation, kick and substitution) and commitment-level transactions (e.g. update, extension, substitution, over-tolerance, pair-off, swap, trade acceptance) Complete daily reporting routine to validate integrity of commitment pricing and parameters Serve as front-line contact for questions related to the correspondent portal, with respect to all pricing mechanics and pricing related setup Liaise with clients and business partners (including: credit, capital markets, sales, post purchase, accounting and fulfillment) to ensure accuracy of pricing Identify system and process gaps to be reviewed by the pricing manager Perform other related duties as required and assigned Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ years of relevant work experience
  • Intermediate user of Microsoft Excel
  • SQL knowledge preferred
