Order Management Correspondent

As a member of our Order Management team you will be part of a fast-paced team, assisting our nationwide branches and their customers to enter and manage equipment and parts sales orders and provide top notch customer service to insure our customers have the best possible compressed air system available. You will have the opportunity to engage and work with many other teams here at Kaeser including our Finance, Contract Management, and Warehouse teams in addition to communicating directly with our customers.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; Associates degree preferred.
- Customer service experience.
- Knowledge of basic business practices.
- Good communication skills/phone skills required.
- Computer skills, including proficiency in G-Suite.
Nice To Haves
- SAP experience preferred but not required.
