About The Position

The Transaction Coordinator is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the transaction process, including coordinating with multiple parties, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining timelines. The Transaction Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency and a seamless transaction process.

Requirements

  • Experience with Transaction Coordination and Transaction Management
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Customer Service skills to provide excellent client support and address inquiries
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in relevant software (HubSpot) and other tools used in transaction management.
