About The Position

By automating and streamlining critical workflows, the integrated platform of modern solutions enables dealers to sell and service more vehicles by creating simple and convenient experiences for customers and improves their financial and operational performance. The Transaction Audit Clerk performs Quality Control/Audits/Audit DMV paperwork to ensure it is accurate and complete. Associate will be working on-site at customer's office in Rancho Cucamonga
Requirements
- A high level of attention to detail and results driven
- Strong analytical skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service/focus
- Must pass DOJ/FBI background check
- High school diploma
- Strong data entry skills, specifically in Windows and IOS environments
- Ability to identify, document, track, and monitor problems/issues to a timely resolution
- Problem solving ability
- Ability to work in a team environment
Responsibilities
- Data Entry
- Image documents for electronic filing
- Ensure clients are contacted as appropriate related to missing documents and/or errors
