How You Will Contribute: Participate in buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements. Perform financial due diligence on middle market companies. Aggregate, manipulate, and analyze target company data to identify historical and projected financial and operating trends, quality of earnings and working capital considerations, and potential liabilities and risks affecting the target company. Assist in the advising of clients on how to maximize opportunities and minimize risks related to mergers and acquisitions, provide recommendations in the context of valuation, and deal structuring alternatives. Develop and propose creative solutions to engagement and transaction risks and effectively manage problem resolution. About YOU! Working towards a bachelor’s degree in accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.2. Eligible to sit (with 150 credit hours) or working towards obtaining CPA certification. 0-2 years of direct experience with quality of earnings, attestation, and audit engagements in a consulting environment. Passion for client service and an entrepreneurial mindset. The salary range estimated below is inclusive of all departments within the Firm, and offered salaries may vary within the given range depending on the specific department. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this level is $68,000-85,000, not including discretionary annual bonus and other competitive benefits.
