Knowledge/Experience Must be at least 21 years of age 1 Year Current and Verifiable Valid Drivers License (CDL not required) Must have clean driving history - DMV driving history print out required for the past 10-years Customer Service Experience a plus Must have a stable work history High degree of comfort working with people with disabilities. Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test and DOT physical Possess excellent communication (written and verbal) and decision-making skills Must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends and holidays Other requirements may be required depending on location Skills Excellent customer service skills Positive attitude and enjoy working with the general public Attention to detail Excellent communication skills Exceptional judgement Fast learner Able to follow directions Time management skills Key Accountabilities Customer Service: Ensure customers feel welcome Effectively communicate with passengers especially in the event of service disruptions Provide passengers with assistance as needed Accommodate passengers with information such as schedule, guidance, etc. Safety: Ensure safe on-road operations while maintaining on-time performance Familiarity with assigned routing and detours Awareness of ADA Policies and Procedures Understanding of ADA Compliance Report immediately to dispatch any vehicular accident or passenger incident and follow the incident and accident reporting procedures Additional Statements Drug and alcohol screening: Employment contingent upon passing pre-employment drug and alcohol screen.
