Crisis Services is looking to add a Training Specialist to our Crisis Counseling Program Department’s 24-hour hotline team. We are seeking professionals with Social Work, Mental Health, Education, Health Promotion, or related Human Service field degrees who are interested in supporting our mission to provide support to anyone in need. The Training Specialist is responsible for delivering the Crisis Services Hotline Training for staff, volunteers and interns of the CCP Department. This includes providing daily on-site hotline training and serving as the lead facilitator of AAS and 988 Lifeline Certified Suicide Prevention Certification Training Curriculum for Crisis Services. Additional responsibilities include ongoing evaluation and revision of training materials, assistance with recruiting for CCP Volunteer and Intern Programs, and identifying development and training needs for all Crisis Hotline counselors. On Call: this position includes scheduled on-call responsibilities outside of the regularly scheduled work week to provide coverage for the CCP Department’s 24/7 Crisis Hotline. Job Type: Full Time, 40 hours/week Pay: $22.04 - $25.81 per hour Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm Evening and/or weekend hours, as needed, for training cohorts and community outreach and education events.
