Administer and maintain the company’s learning management system, ensuring accurate training records and assignments Assign and track role-based training, certifications, and retraining requirements Support employee onboarding by coordinating required training and compliance activities Monitor training completion, follow up on overdue items, and provide status updates to managers and leadership Aid in the creation, maintenance, and updates of training materials and curricula in collaboration with subject matter experts Coordinate training updates related to process or document changes Manage certification programs and external training records Generate training and compliance reports to support audits and operational readiness Deliver training
