About The Position

We are seeking a Training Specialist III as part of a bid process associated with a Statement of Work. Candidates are encouraged to submit their information and resumes highlighting their relevant experience. Position Responsibilities: Works closely with Project Managers, Subject Matter Experts, and other staff to conduct the research necessary to develop and revise training courses for instructors and students Prepares appropriate training materials and conducts training as required Conducts the research necessary to develop and revise training courses and prepares appropriate training catalogs Develops all instructor materials (course outline, background materials, and training aids) Develops all student materials (course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, and course critique forms) Creates workbooks, guides, video scripts, software, written role plays, simulations, case studies etc. to meet learning objectives Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complex tasks Often works under general supervision but may report directly to a project lead May have first line responsibility for certain projects or functions A substantial degree of creativity and latitude is required

Requirements

  • Minimum Education: BA/BS
  • Minimum Experience: Four (4) years or more
