About The Position

We are seeking a Training Specialist III as part of a bid process associated with a Statement of Work. Requirements
- Minimum Education: BA/BS
- Minimum Experience: Four (4) years or more
Responsibilities
- Works closely with Project Managers, Subject Matter Experts, and other staff to conduct the research necessary to develop and revise training courses for instructors and students
- Prepares appropriate training materials and conducts training as required
- Conducts the research necessary to develop and revise training courses and prepares appropriate training catalogs
- Develops all instructor materials (course outline, background materials, and training aids)
- Develops all student materials (course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, and course critique forms)
- Creates workbooks, guides, video scripts, software, written role plays, simulations, case studies etc. to meet learning objectives
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complex tasks
- Often works under general supervision but may report directly to a project lead
- May have first line responsibility for certain projects or functions
- A substantial degree of creativity and latitude is required
