Training Specialist We are seeking an energetic and talented Training Specialist to deliver and evaluate engaging customer training sessions. Reporting to our Manager, Training and Documentation, this role will be a core member of our Training Team. You will collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality training solutions for Annexus Health customers. Requirements

  • Proven virtual training experience, ideally with a software or healthcare company
  • Strong command of GoTo Webinar, Microsoft Teams, or similar
  • Communicates complex information clearly and effectively, adapting presentations to engage a wide range of audiences
  • Demonstrates strong learning agility, thriving in environments that require adapting to continuous software updates and enhancements
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse internal and external partners
  • Team player who is invested in helping others grow and succeed
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Driven to make a difference
  • Love to have fun!

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with healthcare billing and financial counseling is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead engaging, effective, virtual customer training sessions
  • Create and manage the online registration experience for training sessions (currently using GoTo Webinar)
  • Adjust AssistPoint® training materials to align with product releases
  • Document training attendance in Salesforce CRM to support the reporting of monthly and quarterly training metrics
  • Contribute to curriculum development and facilitate engaging onboarding sessions for new clients and users
  • Identify customer needs for new training sessions and materials, partnering with internal stakeholders to develop and deliver targeted webinar initiatives
  • Continuously drive improvement in the customer training experience by staying current on industry trends and best practices
