About The Position

As a Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging training programs for new and existing employees in a fast-paced business process outsourcing (BPO) environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, a strong understanding of BPO operations, and a passion for developing talent.

Responsibilities

  • Training Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify training gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Curriculum Development: Design and develop engaging and effective training materials, including presentations, manuals, job aids, and online modules.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor trainee performance during and after training, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
  • Evaluation & Improvement: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Process Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of BPO processes, industry best practices, and client-specific requirements.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate training records, track trainee progress, and generate reports as required.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as Operations, Quality Assurance, Talent Acquisition, and Human Resources, to ensure alignment of training initiatives with business objectives.
  • Compliance: Ensure all training materials and delivery methods comply with company policies, client requirements, and relevant regulations.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to trainees and employees to support their professional development.
