Coastal Payroll is currently looking to hire a Training Specialist to join our training team to assist Coastal Payroll's training team is dedicated to fostering an environment of learning for both our clients and internal staff. As an essential member of this team, the Training Specialist will create training and awareness material for both internal staff and external clients. They will ensure the training raises the bar at Coastal, exemplifies the voice of Coastal, and empowers clients to have confidence and deeper knowledge in the iSolved platform. Creating engaging human capital management (HCM) training programs, thinking outside the box, process automation, instructional design and championing an inclusive culture are also key functions of this role.
