About The Position

Imagineeer is seeking a Training Specialist to support the development and delivery of structured training programs for secure enterprise data platforms and modernization initiatives within federal healthcare and defense environments. This role focuses on implementing approved training curricula, delivering instructor-led and virtual sessions, and ensuring users understand system functionality, cybersecurity responsibilities, and compliance obligations. You will work under the guidance of senior SMEs and program leadership to deliver consistent, compliant, and measurable user adoption across mission systems.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience delivering technical or systems training in federal or regulated environments
  • Experience supporting enterprise IT systems or data platforms
  • Familiarity with federal cybersecurity and privacy requirements (NIST 800-series, HIPAA, RMF basics)
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in clear, operational language to non-technical users
  • Experience creating and maintaining training materials and job aids
  • Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting Military Health System modernization initiatives
  • Familiarity with IL4/IL5 cloud-hosted applications
  • Knowledge of zero-trust architecture fundamentals
  • Experience working in Agile or DevSecOps environments
  • Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) in federal settings
  • Certification in instructional design or adult learning (e.g., ATD Foundations, CompTIA CTT+)
  • Active DoD clearance

Responsibilities

  • Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions for enterprise data platforms and analytics tools
  • Support user onboarding to systems integrating MHS GENESIS, TRICARE, and United States Transportation Command
  • Execute training content covering zero-trust controls, ICAM policies, privacy requirements, and CUI handling
  • Develop and update training documentation, user guides, and quick-reference materials
  • Maintain training materials for audit and compliance reviews
  • Incorporate user feedback into curriculum improvement recommendations
  • Track training participation, completion metrics, and knowledge assessments
  • Conduct user feedback sessions and surface improvement recommendations to senior SMEs
  • Support change management and adoption initiatives
  • Coordinate with cybersecurity teams to keep training content current with policy and system updates
