Starting in 2020, we developed the Re-Imagined Student Experience Program (RISE Program) which offers year-round internship experiences, in a variety of disciplines to enhance your education and provide hands-on work experience to help launch your career in the medical device field. We are looking for students interested in a Quality Engineering career to join our organization and collaborate with our team to bring cutting-edge medical devices to life. Requirements
- College Student pursuing a degree in General Business Management, Engineering or relative field
- Class status of Sophomore or Junior preferred
- Interested in pursuing a career in the medical device industry
- Available 30-40 hours/week preferred
- Available for 10–12-week Summer RISE Program Internship
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Contribute to project work as assigned
Responsibilities
- Develop job specific training checklists for production employees
- Develop onboarding checklist for professional employees
- Build out training profiles into LMS system
- Develop training content for QMS procedures beyond read & acknowledgement of procedures.
- Define process to have production employees conduct electronic training within LMS without email addresses.
- Define solution for production employees to access work instructions via tablets utilizing eQMS platform.
