The Training Site Coordinator serves as the operational and administrative backbone of a Saronic training site, ensuring that training programs are executed efficiently, on schedule, and in alignment with organizational standards. This role is responsible for coordinating logistics, scheduling, resources, and communication across training events, supporting both internal and customer-facing programs. The Training Site Coordinator works closely with the Mission Training Manager, Training Operations Manager, instructors, technicians, and training improvement personnel to enable seamless training delivery. This is not a technical training, instructional design, or engineering role. Instead, it operates at the intersection of planning, logistics, and executionâensuring that all elements required for successful training are in place and aligned.
