We are currently looking for a Training Scheduler to join us in our mission to save lives and prevent injuries. Position Highlights: The Training Scheduler is responsible for planning, organizing, and maintaining training schedules across multiple programs, including classroom, virtual, and eLearning formats. This role ensures the timely delivery of training sessions, compliance with regulatory requirements, and efficient coordination of instructors, facilities, and resources. The Training Scheduler serves as the primary point of contact for scheduling-related inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to internal teams, training centers, and external customers. Additional responsibilities include managing onsite training logistics, monitoring instructor quality, tracking material orders, and supporting special projects to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
