What You’ll Do In this dynamic role, you’ll design, coordinate, and deliver training that equips employees with the knowledge and tools they need to excel. You’ll work closely with department leadership and internal partners to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and delivered in the most effective way for your audience. To keep training practical and meaningful, you’ll stay closely connected to the day-to-day work of the division—periodically performing related tasks to maintain firsthand knowledge and credibility. You’ll also play a key role in quality control efforts, evaluating outcomes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and refining training to ensure it drives measurable results.
