About The Position
CFD (Custom Filters Direct) is a growing manufacturer specializing in custom air filters for eCommerce companies and direct fulfillment. We are committed to delivering high-quality products and continuously improving our processes to meet customer expectations. We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Control Specialist to join our team. This full-time position is responsible for identifying product defects, investigating the root causes of quality issues, and helping implement solutions to improve overall product consistency and performance.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends in quality issues
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Frequent walking, bending, reaching, and stooping
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
Nice To Haves
- Previous quality control or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Inspect products and materials to identify defects or inconsistencies
- Analyze quality issues and determine root causes
- Work closely with production teams to resolve and prevent recurring problems
- Maintain accurate records of inspections and findings
- Recommend and support improvements to quality control processes
- Ensure products meet company and customer standards
