The Training Manager is responsible for designing, delivering, and evolving high-impact training programs that drive sales performance, recruiting excellence, and revenue growth for our Talent Solutions team. This role serves as the enablement leader for both sales and recruiting teams, combining deep field credibility with strategic learning design to accelerate productivity, consistency, and results. Essential Job Functions: Partnering closely with sales, recruiting, and operational leadership, this role identifies capability gaps across the full lifecycle—from prospecting and client development to recruiting, closing, and account management—and translates them into practical, measurable training and coaching solutions that scale across the enterprise.
