The Training Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing network-wide training programs that support operational excellence and leadership development across large-scale fulfillment centers. This role ensures that all employees—from hourly associates to leadership teams—receive effective, consistent, and engaging training that drives performance and compliance. The Training Manager will also oversee the structural design of training frameworks and manage a team of hourly trainers across three fulfillment centers.
