About The Position

Fulfillment Manager Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Supply Chain is seeking a Fulfillment Manager (Level K) to join our team in North Charleston, South Carolina on variable shift. This role supports our Tool Services, Hazmat & the Parts Prep Area for Boeing South Carolina (BSC) Operations within the 787 Program Fulfillment Team across the BSC site. You will provide oversight & leadership to Production Coordinator individual contributors. We are seeking a critical thinker who understands the importance of developing and implementing strategic plans & bringing a dedicated focus to drive alignment & leadership within our Manufacturing environment. Position Responsibilities: Manages and integrates employee’s activities across more than one area in materials management/fulfillment and transportation Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and direct reports Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes Manages, leads, coaches, develops and motivates employees Possesses a mindset of safety and quality Influences the team to exhibit Boeing Values and Behaviors

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in materials management or supply chain management
  • 3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal or informal role
  • 3+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data
  • 1+ years of experience using Velocity
  • Willingness to work any shift based on business needs

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 3+ years of experience leading critical projects
  • Experience with the following systems: Kit Integration and Tracking System (KITS), E-Enabled Tracking and Communication (eTRAC), Order Manager (GXO Warehouse Management System), Haztrax and CribMaster
  • Experience with safety and quality processes
