About The Position

The Training Management Intern will work under the guidance of a training manager within the company's Learning Management System (LMS). This role involves assisting with various administrative duties, including helping employees with login issues and navigation within the LMS, and assigning training to new hires. The intern will also learn to create interactive training modules using provided content and input from owners. Professional interaction with supervisors and co-workers, along with integrity and task completion, are expected.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Current enrollment or recent completion of a relevant degree program required
  • 0+ years of professional experience in the required task area
  • Must have a basic understanding of work to be performed
  • Must be a US citizen
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance may be required

Responsibilities

  • Accept direction from, and interact professionally with supervisor and co-workers
  • Work with integrity and follow assigned tasks through to completion
  • Work in the company’s Learning Management System (LMS) under the guidance of the training manager
  • Assist with department administrative duties as necessary to learn about the work being performed, and to contribute to completion of department workload, such as helping employees with login issues, or direction within the LMS
  • Assist with assigning training to new hires
  • Learn to create interactive training modules using content owner’s training documents and input from them
  • Other duties as assigned
