About The Position

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Training & Learning Manager to lead the key pillars of development, delivery and quality monitoring of organizational training within the healthcare and patient services industry. This role is responsible for driving and measuring service excellence through data-informed programs, delivering impactful technical and soft-skills training, and providing support with employee development. The Manager partners with operational leadership and human resources to align learning strategies, employee performance measures with departmental goals.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in training, quality assurance, performance improvement, or learning and development.
  • 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience required.
  • Experience within a customer service center or a healthcare environment strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, education, organizational development, or related field required.
  • Experience with adult learning modalities and implementing training delivery for measured results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent platform skills, follow up and organizational skills will be critical for success.
  • Model professional behavior and reinforce organizational and departmental values

Nice To Haves

  • Content evaluation and some curriculum development strongly preferred
  • Training & learning industry certifications, industry association participation desired.
