About The Position

Sabre Systems is seeking a highly qualified Training IPT Program/Project/Management Analyst, Senior to support the Navy at Patuxent River Naval Air Station. The selected candidate will provide programmatic and analytical expertise to the Training Integrated Product Team (IPT), ensuring the successful execution of training systems and initiatives for naval aviation platforms. This role requires advanced education, extensive experience, and a strong background in program/project management, data analysis, and acquisition processes.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (MA/MS) in a technical, scientific, or business-related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Over 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description, including program/project management, data analysis, and acquisition processes. Proven ability to track program/project status, schedules, and budgets while applying analytic techniques to evaluate objectives.
  • Strong knowledge of program/project management principles, including risk management and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance required.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience with H-1 training systems and/or H-1 instructor experience.
  • Familiarity with naval aviation platforms and training systems.
  • DAWIA certifications in Program Management or Life Cycle Logistics.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification.

Responsibilities

  • Apply analytic techniques to evaluate program/project objectives and ensure alignment with mission requirements.
  • Review program requirements, status, budget, and schedules to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Perform management, technical, and business case analyses to support decision-making and program execution.
  • Collect, complete, organize, and interpret data related to aircraft, weapon systems, and project acquisition programs.
  • Track program/project status and schedules, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and deliverables.
  • Apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management to maintain program integrity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define training requirements and develop comprehensive training plans for naval aviation platforms.
  • Analyze program data and metrics to assess training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and briefings for senior leadership, highlighting program progress and recommendations.
  • Facilitate Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across all parties.
  • Ensure compliance with Department of Defense standards, acquisition processes, and documentation requirements.
