About The Position

The Training Intern supports the HR and Learning & Development (L&D) team in planning, coordinating, and delivering training initiatives across the organization. This role helps ensure employees have access to effective training resources, smooth onboarding experiences, and engaging learning opportunities. The ideal candidate is organized, detail‑oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about professional development.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Comfortable working with confidential information.
  • Interest in training, facilitation, and employee development.

Nice To Haves

  • Creative and resourceful problem solver.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through.
  • Basic understanding of instructional design principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Training Coordination
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating employee training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs.
  • Prepare training materials such as presentations, handouts, sign‑in sheets, job aids, and digital resources.
  • Help set up and break down training rooms, equipment, and technology.
  • Learning Content Support
  • Update and maintain training documents, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and e‑learning resources.
  • Support the creation of visual aids, learning guides, and microlearning content.
  • Research training topics, trends, and best practices as needed.
  • Administrative Support
  • Track training attendance, completion records, and feedback surveys.
  • Assist with evaluating program effectiveness and summarizing findings.
  • Assist with various HR projects and initiatives related to employee development.
  • Always maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Create dashboards to translate training data into clear, real‑time insights that support accurate tracking and informed decision‑making.
