We Take Care of Our Team This position offers: Starting pay of $27.60/hr. up to top pay of $38.95/hr. What You Drive at DTNA Maintain Training Manager® database Schedule new and annual training Send reminders to Managers/Supervisors of upcoming training for their reports Work with internal and external trainers to schedule and complete trainings Coordinate with Managers and Supervisors to ensure training sessions are scheduled and completed on time. Perform some trainings based on knowledge and ability Evaluate, record and monitor training activities and program effectiveness. Constantly work on the improvements of training programs Develop, evaluate, and implement training materials prepared by instructors, such as outlines, text, and handouts. Develop training materials Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintaining them over time. Using computers and computer systems to program, set up functions, enter data, or process information. Selecting and using training/instructional methods and procedures appropriate for the situation when learning or teaching new things. Participate in Contractor and New Hire Orientations Work with other cross-functional groups to gather feedback and make improvements to programs Ability to learn new jobs, tasks, functions and develop training for these functions. Support any audits internal and external as required Will need to adjust schedule from time to time to cover needs of other shifts Some travel may be required Knowledge You Should Bring Must be a self-starter that needs little guidance and Supervision Conduct engaging in-person training sessions for new and existing employees, ensuring clear understanding of role expectations and standard work. Maintain a consistent, visible presence on the floor to provide hands-on coaching, answer questions, and support employees as they learn and develop in their roles. Willingness to take charge and offer opinions and direction. Very strong ability using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other supporting Microsoft Office programs Excellent oral and written communication skills. Work well with large groups and one-on-one atmosphere. Ability to present information well in front of groups. Ability to grow and improve the overall training program Must have good attendance Must have excellent organizational skills

Requirements

  • Must be a self-starter that needs little guidance and Supervision
  • Willingness to take charge and offer opinions and direction.
  • Very strong ability using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other supporting Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: 2 years
