JOB SUMMARY The Training Executive, reporting to the Director of Training, is a sales-driving educator responsible for elevating artistry, skincare expertise, and fragrance storyselling across all brands in the portfolio. This transversal role plans, prepares, and executes regional training strategies, onboarding, seasonal launches, retail coaching, and event support to inspire and engage teams, thereby directly impacting KPIs and overall retail performance. The role maintains a strong in-store presence and partners closely with the Director of Training to ensure excellence in execution and brand representation throughout their respective region. The Training Executive is responsible for planning, preparing, and executing on Field and Retail Education initiatives to drive achievement of Sales plan. The TE is the regional support market partner to the Sales and Training Executives delivering inspiration and engagement across Shiseido Americas Brands: Shiseido, Cle de Peau, Fragrances, NARS, Dr. Dennis Gross and Drunk Elephant and Hermes.
