About The Position
The selected candidate will serve as a first line manager (FLM) at Lockheed Martin, responsible for providing technical and functional leadership to a team of Training professionals. This role focuses on managing multiple training events and developing training products for Aegis International Training, ensuring successful execution of commitments related to cost, schedule, and work products. The position requires effective management skills, project planning, and technical expertise to support both US and International Aegis customers.
