This role with work a transformational team as the technical platforms change and a consolidation of three (3) disparate Contact Centers receive cross training to become a single, more effective, coherent whole that aligns with the FCC's (Federal Communications Commission) organizational goals. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field.
  • Three (3) years of related work experience developing technical training materials
  • Three (3) years of experience in delivering technical training.
  • Past experience developing eLearning modules
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a Call/Contact Center providing training is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting training needs assessments and job/task analyses.
  • Developing learning objectives, lesson plans, course outlines and training content.
  • Designing and developing instructional materials (manuals, job aids)
  • Develop and design eLearning modules
  • Delivering training in-person or virtually using adult learning principles.
  • Evaluating training effectiveness using established metric and reporting results.
  • Maintaining training schedules, attendance records and certifications.
  • Supporting onboarding, refresher training and skill development initiatives.
  • Ensuring training content is compliant with applicable accessibility and quality standards.
  • Coordinating with contract leadership and customer stakeholders to meet evolving training needs.
