We’re looking for a dynamic and engaging training and testing specialist to join our small team who is comfortable and experienced crafting and delivering a robust training program for a large organization and conducting the unit test and user acceptance test phases of the SDLC. Your training program will include material for a variety of applications and user facing tools – and will employ all elements of training delivery – reference materials, recorded sessions, as well as both live and virtual demos and training classes. We’re interested in your creative suggestions on ways to empower users to help themselves, and interested in bringing innovative training offerings to our customer and their user community. In this role, you will provide testing support to our application and suite of user facing and internal team tools by supporting the Lead Tester in conducting the unit test and user acceptance test phases of the SDLC, minimizing risk during deployment to production environment. You will be offered significant responsibility and visibility on our project and within our customer organization, interaction with users and customers will include those in senior positions and those in decision making roles. This position is challenging and interesting and you’ll go home each day knowing that you made a difference supporting our customer’s mission. You will test and train our web based application and suite of user facing and internal team tools.
