About The Position

The training coordinator is to conduct needs analysis and design, develop, implement and evaluate training programs for process team members. Will coordinate and conduct one on one or group training in technical and safety areas.  Will maintain company's social media accounts. Lead DeepHow program (internal training videos).  Will review and follow the training progress of trainees.

Requirements

  • High School Graduate or Equivalency
  • Time Management
  • Computer Skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Social Media Experience
  • Capable of Comprehending Technical Manual and Materials
  • Capable of Working Independently and in a Team Environment
  • Flexible to Work any Shift, as required
  • Possess strong soft skills to communicate properly with Team Members
