As the Training Coordinator, you will develop, coordinate, plan, and facilitate a variety of training that will help enhance and develop employees in professional growth and organizational success. Responsible for coordinating, researching, assessing, designing, developing, delivering, and evaluating employee training and organization development initiatives using a variety of instructional techniques and aligned with our organizational objectives and strategic goals.
