About The Position

Requirements

  • Experience with managing growing teams or coordinating cross-functional efforts in fast-paced environments
  • Experience with strategic planning and execution, including Program of Instruction development and refinement
  • Experience with instructional design, adult learning methodologies, and training coordination
  • Ability to integrate real-world operational scenarios into training programs and adapt content to evolving mission needs
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Network Systems Engineering, or Business Administration and experience with government stakeholder engagement, or 5+ years of experience with government stakeholder engagement in lieu of a degree

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Scrum or Agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of dashboard analytics or mission-relevant technical systems
