The Agency Training Coordinator coordinates training schedules and deliveries and works with the various points of contact at host agencies. This role may approve travel of instructors and market training courses and technical assistance to communities throughout the state. The coordinator will rely heavily on data research tools to optimize training deliveries, improve program performance, and establish and monitor performance metrics for the various areas of the program. The coordinator will help to recruit instructors and will monitor instructor performance. This position is responsible for courses delivered under the Water Training Program and may also assist in the curriculum development process.
