About The Position

Parsons is looking for a talented Training Content and Curriculum Developer to join our growing team! What You'll Be Doing: Build and maintain collaborative relationships with partner agencies, including IC partners, academic institutions, commercial vendors, and foreign mission partners, to promote knowledge sharing, joint training initiatives, and integration of best practices for enhancing OSINT capabilities across the Enterprise. Develop and revise curricula to maintain the Program of Instruction (POI), incorporating innovative learning solutions and industry best practices to address unique training challenges. Research, recommend, and implement new training, educational, and multimedia technologies while staying informed of advancements in relevant technologies and subject areas. Analyze and describe the capabilities and limitations of current and emerging PAI/CAI collection and exploitation technologies. Maintain, update, and consolidate OSINT training records to provide high-quality metrics to stakeholders, and revise online course information and scheduling tools based on user and instructor feedback. Coordinate the use of the DIA OSINT Toolkit during training events and exercises to provide hands-on experience with OSINT capabilities. Plan, prepare, and administer Train-the-Trainer (T3) events in alignment with project sponsor directives. Establish and manage a knowledge-sharing system to capture lessons learned, best practices, and training materials, ensuring continuous improvement and institutional learning across the Enterprise

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI Clearance required
  • Must have the ability to pass a counter-intelligence polygraph
  • Bachelors and 9+ years of experience, Masters and 7+ years of experience, or PhD or JD & 4+ years of experience. Additional years of experience can count in lieu of a degree.
  • Ability to plan, develop, and implement technical product training programs for customers, employees, and field support personnel, including standard repeatable modules, customized modules, and new product modules.
  • Knowledge of customer and technical organizations, engineering, software, and product requirements to prepare training programs.
  • Skills to prepare lesson plans and training materials; design product demonstrations; develop course content; determine methodology; and coordinate the development of training aids.
  • Skills to conduct training sessions, conduct product demonstrations, and develop criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective partnerships with diverse stakeholders, including government agencies, academic institutions, commercial vendors, and international partners.
  • Strong understanding of OSINT principles, methodologies, tools and policy, with the ability to apply them in training scenarios.
