About The Position

The Analyst, Training Compliance oversees training compliance and evaluates the effectiveness of training programs across all United Ground Express (UGE) stations. This role monitors and reports on station and regional training compliance, partners with station and operations leadership to promote a culture of compliance and continuous learning, and reviews training records for upcoming station transitions to ensure day-one operational readiness. The position compiles compliance reports using the Training Compliance Dashboard and designs and implements UGE’s training quality control program, including auditing station training records and employee performance to ensure adherence to regulatory and carrier requirements. This role collaborates with Training Managers, the Manager of Training Delivery, and instructional design teams to establish measurable training objectives, track key metrics, and support continuous improvement of training programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 2-4 years of experience in Business Administration, Human Resources, Aviation Management or related field
  • Experience supporting training programs, learning management systems (LMS), or training compliance reporting
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting, including tracking compliance metrics and preparing reports for leadership
  • Experience conducting audits, quality control reviews, or compliance checks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Technical proficiency and/or expertise with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours as needed to support operational demands and training compliance initiatives
  • Up to 10% travel is required

Nice To Haves

  • 2-4 years of airport operations experience preferred
  • Station Training Coordinator, Local Ramp Instructor and/or Compliance Coordinator experience
  • Experience administering courses and training records via TakeOff: Learning
  • Familiarity with United Airlines airport operations training requirements; experience delivering the United Airlines training product
  • Experience supporting large, geographically distributed teams
  • Knowledge of United Airlines operational metrics and reporting

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver training compliance reports and insights to station and regional leadership utilizing the Training Compliance Dashboard
  • Support station leadership in achieving and maintaining 100% compliance by monitoring training records, and identifying gaps
  • Conduct training record reviews for new station transitions to ensure compliance and operational readiness on day one
  • Identify and communicate training non-compliance issues to department and operational leadership
  • Support the development and execution of UGE’s training quality program, including auditing station training records and employee performance
  • Partner with training managers and station leadership to ensure training metrics and team trackers are completed and documented following station compliance calls
  • Collaborate with the Manager of Training Delivery and instructional design teams to support training evaluation metrics, reporting processes, and measurable learning objectives
  • Assist stations with training compliance reporting and employee driven training record requests
  • Maintain strong communication with the training team, station leadership and cross-functional partners
  • Ensure attendance and participation in required meetings, training sessions, and compliance reviews
  • Provide timely responses to emails and internal requests while maintaining professional communication across all departments
