About The Position

The Training & Change Manager develops and delivers training programs that build internal capability in cognitive design, documentation practices, and continuous improvement. This role ensures users adopt new formats, templates, and workflows.

Requirements

  • Expertise in adult learning, facilitation, and instructional design.
  • Strong communication skills for technical and operational audiences.
  • Experience with training in regulated or manufacturing environments.
  • Understanding of cognitive design, error -proofing, and plain‑language concepts.
  • Willing to travel US -East

Responsibilities

  • Design a training curriculum tailored to authors, reviewers, and end‑users.
  • Develop training materials including slides, facilitator notes, exercises, and quick‑reference guides.
  • Deliver training sessions, track attendance, and administer knowledge checks.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement workshops, redesign sprints, and A/B comparisons.
  • Support governance structures, review cadences, and ongoing documentation improvement.
