Training Center Coordinator

Trading AcademyRidgefield Park, NJ
1d$55,000 - $65,000Onsite

About The Position

You're a strong fit if you've managed bookings and registrations, kept a venue running on time, or coordinated events — and you're equally comfortable behind a screen as you are greeting guests. A Training Center Coordinator has real ownership over both the administrative infrastructure and the guest experience Trading Academy's New Jersey training center runs live financial education events every week. We need someone who can own both sides of the operation: the guest experience when clients are in the building, and the detailed administrative work that makes each event possible before anyone arrives. This is a dual-focus role. Roughly half your time is screen-based — data entry, registration management, scheduling, and reporting. The other half is coordination and guest-facing work. Both sides matter equally.
