About The Position
The Training and Instructional Design Specialist is responsible for developing engaging instructional materials and ensuring that software documentation/training initiatives align with organizational goals through engagement/sign-off with subject matter experts. The candidate will also be responsible for writing, enhancing, and conducting process and software training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge while mentoring and supervising junior staff. This role has been designated as primarily remote, meaning it requires little to no onsite attendance. While this role can be designated as remote, you are offered the flexibility to select if you prefer to work primarily remotely, hybrid, or onsite. We're open to considering candidates within 50 miles of our office location in Philadelphia, PA.
