Function is designed to assist in providing an adequate and continuing flow of trained and qualified personnel to fill human resource requirements and standards. Position involves interaction with all employee levels and various community and educational resources in an advisory role.

Requirements

  • For a Level 1 (Associate), a minimum of no previous years of experience to two years related experience is required (if no degree, four-six years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience totaling four-six years).
  • For a Level 2 (Journey), a minimum of two years of experience to four years related experience is required (if no degree, six-eight years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience totaling six-eight years).
  • For a Level 3 (Senior), a minimum of five years of related experience is required (if no degree, nine years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience totaling nine years).
  • Working knowledge of "state of the art" of adult learning and performance management, principles, and methods.
  • All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • A bachelor’s degree related to the assignment from an accredited institution is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Plans, administers, evaluates learning projects for SRP employees and/or international audiences as assigned.
  • Designs, develops, implements learning projects based on appropriate needs analysis and development strategy.
  • Maintains accurate records, schedules facilities, and coordinates all elements of assigned projects/tasks, for effective learning.
  • Maintains continuing communications with selected managers/supervisors regarding current projects and future needs.
  • Assists managers and supervisors to explore issues and problems related to human resource development and/or performance.
  • Encourages managers and supervisors to explore issues and problems related to human resource development and/or performance.
  • Duties may include career counseling and career development.
