This Position reports to: Quality Control Specialist In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure design and delivery of internal and customer technical training. Each day, you will guarantee continuous planning for the Training function. You will also showcase your expertise by assigning proper instructors and classrooms for each scheduled course and by providing schedule changes for other departments in case of overscheduling. The work model for the role is: Onsite This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Power Division in Senatobia, MS area.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience in training coordination or administration, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, SAP)
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching abilities
  • Familiar with ISO standards, safety regulations, and competency frameworks.
  • Experience with e-learning development tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate).
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and Quality Wins methodologies.
  • Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the effective execution of internal and external technical trainings related to products, systems, and/or services.
  • Selecting, managing, and guaranteeing proper training.
  • Securing high level of customer satisfaction in your own area of responsibility.
